  1. yes they can but they have to do stuff and get papers and stuff and sign statements but cna be done.

  2. NO! use common sense! if you do, you can get into trouble - UCMJ

and puts your military career in jeopardy!

  3. No but if you have a security clearance it might impact it. Marry away, its just like a normal marriage, except for the excessive paper work and the govnt. checkin in on you.

  4. No.  That would make them a military dependent.  Dependents have to possess a social security number and legal status.  Dependents are issued ID cards and are, in effect,  sponsored by the branch of service of the active duty member with certain rights and privileges.  Some security clearances require BI of the spouse as well as the member.  You'll never pull it off.

  5. A servicemember can travel overseas, and while overseas can marry an alien.

  6. no.  and if they have a clearance, it will be yanked and they will  get an Article 15.   they could also get kicked out because of it..for breaking Federal Law.

harboring an illegal is a federal offense.  and marrying an illegal knowingly is considered harboring.

  7. You need to talk to a military lawyer about this, depending on the military persons position / rank  / clearances and posting one may or may not be able to marry an illegal immigrant. But being married to a service member is not going to make an illegal legal or give them special privileges, that means you can still be deported possibly permanently if the INS believes you tried to get married solely to gain citizenship.
