Military move onpost from Korea

I have a friend whose husband will be stationed at ft. bragg when he returns from Korea in a few months. He does not have his paper orders yet...can he put him and his family on the waiting list for post housing?? If so how would he go about doing that??

  1. The military never does anything without orders. So no, they will not.

    I don't know how the Army does it but I know with the Air Force they will only add a person to the housing list 30 days be they depart their old duty station.


  2. Nope, you cant get added on housing until he gets orders, once he has them she can call the housing office there and put in a request for on post housing -  i am not sure how far in advance it all depend on the base and everything.
