does anyone know where ther is a free military school or free boot camp in chicago for troubled teens?

They might have actual military schools and boot camps in Chicago, but that's not what you're looking for.

They don't have what you're looking for in metropolitan areas; doing so might put them under the supervision of city authorities, and they couldn't have that. Instead they operate in rural Idaho, Montana, and Utah where they can get away with almost anything.
