I know several people will probably needlessly lie about being in the military to show support for their candidate lol

  2. All three of my cousins in the army (two currently deployed in Iraq, one in korea) are voting for obama.

    Democrats cut military manning, raises, close bases. Cut veterans benefits. They'd completely shut down the military if they could get away with it.

I support Obama.  He doesn't have all the answers and I disagree with some of his policies, but I feel that he is the type of person who will show good judgment in matters of international security.  We don't need an old, angry, ex-POW--war hero though he may be--as our next president.  This is the 21st century and I still believe in the power of diplomacy.

  11. Anyone military should be voting for McCain....  Why you ask....

    Check the last 20 years of military payraises...  you will find that NO DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENT EVER GAVE A DECENT MILITARY PAY RAISE!   This is one of the BIGGEST direct impacts on our military members...  So... if they are concerned about their pay (and everyone is)...  Republican is the ONLY logical vote!

    Obama supports veteran benefits.  McCain tried to block the GI Bill.
