I can't tell you on this one because it's hard to say when you haven't listed your base.  I would ask this again in the "Military" section of Yahoo!answers because there are quite a few spouses that troll around there and would jump at an opportunity to answer a reasonable question like this.  Just be sure to include more specifics on location.
