Military time to standard 12 hours?

How can I change the clock on my pc from military time to standard 12 hours?

If you are using WIndows XP:  

Click on Start

Click on Control Panel

Click on Date And Time

Click on Time Zone

Select the Time Zone you want

Click OK

cursor over the clock, right click, properties, select 1 2 hour.

Answer 3

Go to Control Panel

Regional and Language Options

Under Regional Options Tab click Customize

Click Time Tab

Change Time Format from H:mm:ss or HH:mm:ss to h:mm:ss:tt or hh:mm:ss:tt

Click OK

And OK again.
