Milk Bottle Tops?

I suppose this question is for people in the UK who have a doorstep milk delivery. For the last few days everytime I go to get the milk off the step I find that the bottle top has been attacked (pecked through) by the local birds. What do you do to protect your milk.

ask the company that you are buying from to pack them  in boxes .... since its money you  are paying for the milk that the Birds are feeding on .....instead of you the buyer.... so just call the company that sells the milk that is being delivered by your door .

or buy a box / Bucket ,that you can put right by your door for the milk man to deliever it in that box without Birds attacking the  Bottle tops all the time ....

try putting seed out for them,they may then leave your milk alone. It may be they still want both lol x

i put the top of an laundry conditioner over the top to protect them
