Which is better? I was told regular milk was bad bc of all the hormones. So i switched to soy, but now i hear that is bad bc of all the estrogen. But almond isn't common and isn't creamy enough in coffee. What's the best?

  1. Soy..I do think.

    (=

  2. observe what suits you best

goats milk is good for some

  3. Soymilk is the best. It also tastes the best, too =D

  4. It's plant estrogen...Not human estrogen.  It won't hurt you...Meat has more hormones than soy milk by far and so does regular milk!!!!!

  5. Id go with rice milk. Too much soy is not good for you.

  6. try rice milk! It is great with cereal.

  7. Try rice milk. I like it the best. Soy milk is fine if you only have it every now and then, but you're right about the estrogen, so don't consume it in excess. Almond milk is good but I like rice milk best because it's sweeter and tastes good with everything I put it in.

  8. I drink Rice Dream rice milk and I'm totally happy with it.

The consistency is like that of a cow's skim milk. It cooks well and blends well in warm drinks.

  9. I love chocolate soy milk!

It is the best out of the three =]]

  10. Regular milk.   There is no substitute for the original.  It is easy to find milk that does not contain rBST if you are that concerned about it.  Heck, even my regular store brand has a non-rBST label available.  And then there's all the organic on top of that, of course.

  11. no on milk go for soy rice and almond you dont need cows milk and cows are harmed better for your body

  12. See if you can find organic milk at your supermarket. Some folks swear by organic raw milk. However raw milk is unpasteurized, so there is a chance that it might contain some harmful bacteria.

I would avoid soy milk (as well as other soy products) as well.

    P.S. to Club soda:

Just because phytoestrogens come from plants does not mean they can't affect humans. Heavy consumption of soy products by pregnant mothers is linked with birth defects in boys (such as a mis-formed p***s) and early puberty in girls. I've read that some Japanese women feed soy to their husbands to decrease their libidos.

Soy is not fit for human consumption.
