Milk Supply and Combination Pill ...?

Hello,

I have been taking Tricyclin (estrogen and progesterone) for about 6 days and have noticed a huge decrease in my milk supply. Will my milk come back if I stop taking the pill? My little boy is only 7 wks old and I want to continue breastfeeding.

the hospital can prescribe you a certain kind. they did for me.

Yes, if you stop taking it your supply should rebound.

YES! I would suggest getting off the pill and keep offering the breast as much as possible. Pump if you can to help build up your supply again!
