america has the highest allowance of pus in milk than other english speaking countries...:) soymilk.  theres pus in the milk because of the inhumane circumstances at milk farms.

It's a personal preference. Some people are allergic to milk, some are allergic to soy.

I have a history of breast cancer in my family and soy milk (actually juice) messes with estrogen levels putting me at a higher risk so thats why I don't drink it.

You have to decide yourself which is better for you.

Personally, the obvious choice is Soymilk.Why? Because milk or cowmilk and all varieties of (i.e. whole, 2%, buttermilk, etc.), have animal protein which are directly responsible for weight gain and other serious diseases such as cancer and diabetes, alzheimer's and more. Soybean is plant based and has no animal protein that you need to worry about. Just the health implications alone should make you query any other information on the subject. I prefer soymilk, but I'm a vegetarian and typically would only drink organic normal milk anyway.

Soy has more of a taste to it in my opinion.

They're both very healthy but it depends which kind of milk. If its reduced fat it's healthy but  very fattening. If it's fat milk: healthy but....VERY VERY fattening. If it's fat free it's healthy and fatty. I would suggest Soymilk  because It's VERY HEALTHY and not very fatty! If I recall I think it tastes great!! I drink fat free Oberweis  milk because my family doesn't really like Soymilk but I would suggest drinking it.

I drink 1% milk most of the time.  Soy milk tastes good and is a natural way to fight Hot Flashes.
