Milk question?

i was just kinda thinking of a way that could save me some money.

instead of buying skim milk could i buy regular 2% and just add water to dilute it? or does it not work like that?

i have a reverse osmosis system at home so i know the water i would be adding is pure.

No, the fat's still there, it's just watered-down milk. Good idea, though...

i would suggest buying powder milk
