Milk stains on teeth?

i have stains on my teeth.

they are not yellow coffe like stains.

i guess its called like milk stains, it a stain thats a little bit white than the other part of my teeth.

how do i make the othe part of my tooth the same color.

it may be genetic cause my mom and sister have the same thing tho.

  1. I was always told that these were areas that are not being cleaned properly. Do you brush and floss everyday, twice a day? Have you whitened your teeth recently? Sometimes the first few applications of a whitener will do this until it evens out, or you are using a whitener that is too strong. Sometimes harsh cleansing will do this too, it could be your enamel thinning, you could be brushing to hard...


  2. It's not from milk.

    It's spots on your teeth that are just more fluoridated than others.

    It happens to most people, just some are more noticeable than others.

    As far as I know, the only solution is micro-abrasion. Which sucks, so you might as well just deal with the white spots.
