Milk thistle for acne?

anyone try the herb milk thistle to help combat their acne??

Milk thistle is a product for the liver.  The reason it helps with acne is because it helps the liver process toxins better, so they can be eliminated through the proper channels (the colon), instead of the skin.

I haven't specifically used Milk Thistle, but I've used other herbs for the liver, and YES they help a lot.  Milk Thistle is a good one to try, since it has no side effects, and your body will use it to improve your liver.  The only thing I suggest is to keep taking it, even if you don't notice improvement right away.  It might take few weeks.
