Milk; will it make a change?

ever since i was little, i never drank milk.

i'm 15 now & i started drinking like 3 glasses of low fat milk a day.

will i gain weight?

lose weight?

will i see any changes?

  1. milk is soo good for you.  For your body and teeth and bones and without milk your bones wil be week and break easily.  Hope i helped


  2. The fact that milk is really good for you is just an old wives tale. Humans are the only species that drink milk outside of infancy. Milk is a good source of calcium, but you can get more calcuim in a better manner than milk. Rich leafy greens are an excellent source of calcuim. And no, your bones wont break if you dont drink milk. I know, I'm lactose intolerant.
