  1. Yes they can. There is Yak milk and butter as well as water buffalo mozzarela cheese. your cat might scratch you though.


  2. I hear that camel's milk is wonderful.  My husband has had it and says it's very sweet.  You can get it in Middle Eastern food stores, I would imagine.  He had it with some of his late brother's friends, who were of Middle Eastern descent, though i don't remember exactly where they were from.

  3. Yes people milk a varriety of animals.

    Bacterian camels

    Dromidary camels

    Yaks

    Water buffalo

    Mares (horses)

    Sheep

    Llamas

    Reindeer (not common to milk them)

    Donkeys

    Guar

    That's about it for the critter humans milk, for the purposes of consuming their milk.

  4. There is cheese from several types of sheep.  You can buy canned cat milk at a pet store (to feed orphaned cats--so someone milks it); also I believe prized arabian horse milk was fed to bedouin children. Since llama were used in peru for everything, I would guess they also provided milk for something.
