Apparantly it is very high in fat, and thus quite tasty.

It's very high in fat, which makes it very thick.  To the average American who is use to the watered down, pasturized stuff that passes for milk in the grocery store, it would probably be like trying to "drink" yogurt.

It would seem extremly thick, and coating to the mouth and throat.
