combine ice cream (any flavor you like) and just enough milk to make it a drinkable consistency (less if you like a thick milkshake, more if you like a thinner one), some vanilla extract and blend it all up in your blender. Also nice with some fresh fruit added, a banana milkshake is so yummy, use vanilla icecream and add a chopped up banana- MMMM

a really good one ive done is get a couple scoops of semi melted ice cream e.g strawberry, top it up with some milk and add a crushed banana and mix in

Icecream of your favorite flavor, milk, add your favorite fruits, maybe protein, like whey to be healthy... mix it all in a blender and put whipped cream and a cherry on top!
