Mill Bling Bling to bag victory in Heat 8 of Scottish Derby
Mill Bling Bling is determined to finish first in the Heat 8 contest of Bettor.Com Scottish Derby 2012 1st Round. The high-profile Open Race over 480m distance will be held at Shawfield racecourse on Saturday night, March 31.
Containing £100 in purse, the mega marathon is scheduled to start at 21:30 (GMT). The K. Macari-trained black dog will daringly compete against Brave Boy, Liosgarbh Champ, Citizen Rebel and Paradise Aruba.
Mill Bling Bling has been performing elegantly for last six months. The four-year-old veteran hound won four races in a row during October-November 2011. He again gained a victory along with a runner-up rank in the month of November.
The dashing dog beautifully clinched first position in his last outing on March 17, 2012. Prior to this, he had finished second in a race on March 10.
The son of Bombastic Shiraz out of Respect For Lee has been an impressive performer since the very beginning of his career. He made his debut in May 2010.
As far as today’s contest is concerned, the furious fighter will surely be able to unleash immense firepower and achieve a convincing triumph. His chances to thrive are more than 90 percent.
However, Mill Bling Bling’s march towards victory is not going to be easy as Liosgarbh Champ and Paradise Aruba will definitely pose him some arduous challenges on the track.
Liosgarbh Champ won two consecutive races each during the last three months of the last year. The G. Carmichael-trained black dog again bagged a couple of consecutive triumphs during January 2012. He finished as runner-up each in his last two outings during
March.
On the other hand, Paradise Aruba attained two back-to-back victories during the first month of the calendar year. After earning a runner-up rank on February 18, the trainee of T. Soppitt again finished first each in his last two starts.
