If I had to choose between the 2, MGD undoubtedly.

Not a fan of either but given a choice MGD (especially if cold + in a bottle) but it's hard to pass up on a 30pk of High Life for $12.35+tax at the beer store when it's on special

Of the 2, I'd pick MGD.  High Life tastes bland, and doesn't have enough carbonation.
