  1. hello - i love what i do, and that motivates me.

    2)  understanding that sometimes its not worth sticking in there to make it work. if its  bad situation work wise, get out.

    3)  i operate my own business (3 of them actually) and the most important thing to remember is that its a full time job and you need to treat it as such.  I see people who are owners of small business fail because they think they can work it PT, well, you cant.  its a ft job just like the one you used to have and you have to treat it as such.

    good luck -

  2. I can;

    but should I?  j/k

    1) the love to work, doing something that I feel and I know it is worthy

    2) the depression even it's transient while business is not on your way

    3) strive to be the best of your trade

    (and never let that ambition lost)

  3. How do you define millionaire? Having a $1,000,000 or more or earning that much a year? Keep in mind $1,000,000 isn't what it used to be. I have over $1,000,000 but don't earn that much.

    Anyway, your questions:

    1) I want to retire pretty comfortably and I don't have enough saved up. I also like what I do, so I keep working.

    2) I had a boss who was truly an idiot (I didn't realize how much at the time) and it set my career back about 5 years.

    3) I don't operate my own business, but if I did there's two things you need to know or do. You must know the needs of your customers and satisfy them and you must find ways to differentiate yourself from your competition.

    Good luck.
