Millionaires??

Question

i heard and have read that these peolpe give money to others for a tax breaks and stuff. not just charities, but real people. yet i can never find out how to get on those list !! i see all these emails about grant to, free money, yet... these lists, i just cant seem to find them. ( i get the emails, order today to get this or that, yet never seem to get any farther) soo i guess im just woundering if anyone else has found these Lists?

~~I would imagine most of their money is given from some sort of recognition. Like when they hear a gymnast working hard in terrible conditions, or a family with lots of kids struggling to get through college. I think by working hard no matter what the odds, they may get a gist of your story and they find you.  I've never heard of just a list  where you can ask them for money.~~
