Millsberry promotions!!!?

Hi I really need some help. I need to know the promotion events (like the CTC Challenge and Halloween) what was given out, total items, when they took place and how long the lasted for. I do NOT expect all that but any information would be greatly appericated! I just really would like to know I am just dying. Also you can list where you got the info from.

  1. I am not sure about the CTC challenge, but I found a lot on Halloween.  

    2007 - "Crazy Costumes Invade Millsberry!"

    October 26th to November 1st

    "As citizens raced from door to door, picking up candy and getting some chilling thrills — Red Lion Manor, anyone? — they checked out the other costumes on parade and voted for their favorites. The votes are in, and the Millsberry Gazette is proud to announce the top three winners of Millberry's first Halloween Costume Contest. Congratulations to yaya4ever of Ravenwood, lluvesd of Westridge, and summergurlii123 of Metro Park for keeping up the spirit of the holiday with your wacky, wonderful, and winning costumes!"

    1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies, and a Paticipant Certificate

    2006 - "Trick or Treat Extravaganza!"

    October 26th to November 1st

    "Halloween is just a few days away, and the Millsberry Community Center is ready to join in the fun with a brand-new event and an old favorite. The Halloween Challenge, complete with the special prizes awarded for how many treats you bring in. Additionally, this year the Community Center will be holding Millsberry's very first Halloween Costume Contest! Start trick-or-treating today with the canvas bag dropped off on your front porch by the Community Center. The last day for trick-or-treating will be November 1st. Then, from the 2nd through the 9th of November, bring your bag to the Community Center for review. After your bag's contents have been tallied up, you'll be awarded some super-special prizes! For the Costume Contest All you have to do is put on your best costume and let your fellow citizens vote on it when they come to trick or treat!"
