The Serbian winger has had a torrid time at the Juventus Arena and is looking for a move away from the club in order to start playing regularly; loan move possible.
Krasic moved to Juventus on the back of consistent performances for CSKA Moscow, and the Russian club agreed to let the player leave after the Bianconeri offered to give 15 million Euros for his services. The Serbian had a very successful first season with
the club, and went on to be an extremely influential figure for the Turin outfit in the 2010-11 campaign.
The former Vojvodina player went on to score nine goals in his first campaign, a very good return for a midfielder. In the summer of 2011, Juventus appointed Antonio Conte to lead them into the 2011-12 Serie A campaign, after finishing in the seventh position
from 2009-11 campaign.
The winger hardly played under the newly appointed manager, managing only 9 appearances in the Lega and the Coppa Italia.
Krasic had been linked with a move away from the Turin outfit in the January transfer market, however, a deal failed to materialise. There was a reported interest from the capital outfit, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lazio-c39775, but any deal between the Bianconeri and the Biancocelesti did
not bear any fruit.
After enduring a terrible campaign, the Serb is looking for a new club. Juve have also shown their intent to get the winger off their books, but lack of interested parties might initiate a loan move for Krasic.
The agent of the former CSKA Moscow player reflected on the player’s future and stated that his lack of activity in the Juventus first team have hampered any potential suitors. He went on to comment:
“The situation is that last summer Juventus did not want to release the player and now this summer, having not had the chance to play, there are difficulties for him.”
The player was not keen on a loan move, so he held out for a permanent deal. The agent reported that there had been no offers for the player; however, there was interest to take the player on a loan. Krasic’s agent is keen for the former suitors to revive
their interest in his client.
