Milwaukee Brewers edge past San Francisco Giants 8-5 – MLB Recap
The San Francisco Giants edge past the Milwaukee Brewers 8-5 in the third and last game of their three-match regular series encounter on Wednesday, May 23 at Miller Park, Milwaukee in 2012 Major League Baseball season and took away the series in great manner.

Though the Giants had already won the series one day ago when they defeated the Brewers 6-4, but winning this particular game certainly gave them the right confidence ahead of series against the all offensive Arizona Diamondbacks.
Barry Zito was hammered with eight runs as he handed the game to the Brewers with no power behind his deliveries. He came out from bullpen for just three innings and proved a real disaster for the Giants.
"It's been weird at this yard, I haven't had many games where I felt like I was on my game." Zito said on his outing.
Aramis Ramirez on the other hand, played well for the Brewers and contributed a three run homer in the very first inning giving his team a great beginning.
“He's so hot that he doesn't care where he is, He likes everywhere I put him, I hope I don't mess him up by putting him in too many different spots." Brewers’ manager Ron Roenicke said for Ramirez.
Brewers Marco Estrada also played well, but carried little injury symptoms as he later told the media, "I still don't know what happened or why, I felt a pop in my quad. I hope it's nothing serious."
Cather Jonathan Lucroy was another player who performed very well for the Brewers and gave his team a deserted win.
“I'm just trying to have good at bats and hit the ball hard, I'm not a big guy. I'm not going to hit a lot of home runs." Jonathan Lucroy said.
This was a combined effort from the Brewers’ roster as they did able to outclass the Giants who are sitting with a far better record than them.
The Giants at the moment are in second position in National League West Division while the Brewers are in fifth in the National League Central Division with mere .409 win percentage.
