Milwaukee Brewers’ left-fielder Ryan Braun tests positive for PED – MLB News
The Milwaukee Brewers’ leftfielder Ryan Braun, who has won this year’s National League Most Valuable Player Award, might face a 50-game suspension for using performance-enhancing drugs (PED).
He tested positive for PED on Saturday while this news shocked the baseball world with a big fume that doubted Braun’s extraordinary performance especially in the NL this year.
Still no authentic source has given all the details about the latest findings on Braun’s testing issue that now put the Major League authorities on haul to give a precise verdict which will eventually sustain the honesty level in place for the league.
Earlier, when sports media rushed towards Ryan Braun to take his standpoint on this matter, he quietly stated with full of optimism that he will speak publically and will hold a press conference to tell the whole inside whom people do not know yet.
"I can't wait to get that opportunity," Braun said. "This is all B.S. I am completely innocent."
Previously, a source familiar with the situation said, "The truth will prevail; I really feel good about that, it just stinks that this got out before the appeal process is finished. It wasn't a PED. Initial positive tests have been overturned before, proving
the player is innocent, and nobody ever knows.”
A statement from Ryan Braun’s sponsor agency “Creative Artists Agency” also released a statement which says this drug test of Braun is not indisputable but has many doubts which certainly make several things more complicated.
According to a statement, "There are highly unusual circumstances surrounding this case which will support Ryan's complete innocence and demonstrate that there was absolutely no intentional violation of the program, while Ryan has impeccable character and
no previous history of unfortunately.”
All these statements have ambiguous information and have no clear clues that who went wrong and where. Whether Ryan Braun did take performance-enhancing drug or the MLBs licenced laboratories have false testing system, but this has now threatened a player’s
credibility who just won his National League pride after a consistence brilliant performance in the 2011 Major League season while the next few days will reveal the whole truth behind Ryan Braun’s fiasco.
