Milwaukee School Buses 08-09?

Ok, im going to be going to RIverside University High School [RUHS] this new coming year. But i live like in the south side of milwaukee., and Riverside is like in the Northeast,... and i heard that alot of school buses were going to be cut and we werent going to get the transportation. Is that true?
