  As far as giving extreme pleasure- I think it's dependant on who the receiver is.  All the partners i've had have distinctly liked different things.  Maybe you should try asking your partner if there's anything special that he likes ahead of time.  Or you could just start trying new things (toys, mirrors, costumes, positions, styles, etc.) and see how he responds.  But all in all, I think communication is the key.  Not only to good s*x, but a super healthy wonderful relationship too!

ok here it is you dont have to jump up and down all the time every once in a while a man like you to just ark your back lay down on him and just pump up and down you know just like he would be doing if he was on top,and then try laying back with both hands on the bed and work it,and you should be able to take it from there.
