Well when i think of this question i always think of fear. When you are in that panic mode matter over mind always wins, but when your not in that mode mind over matter wins! So this question is like half and half to me!

Have a friend take a brick to your head and see who wins. My money is on the matter of the brick. Of course then again the mind is made up of matter so maybe Mind is Matter is a bit more accurate.
