Mindset on torture?

If somebody (say has a mental illness or soemthing... r maybe isn't even insane just eccentric in their ideas) i sliving wiht their family or whoever, and decides that the way they live is torture. Literally, 'torture'. They start showing all the "symptoms" of being under torture, but.... the way they are living is no different than anybody else. They are just a usual family going about everyday lives. But that one person truly believes they are being totured.

What happens? Can that person or anybody else charge the family with 'inhumane acts?'? Just because we see it as regular living, does it matter?

Aside from the family... the pesron will probably be put in an institution and put through therapy. What if they percieve this as torture? What do you do with that person?

**Remember, all that matters is what an individual thinks is torture. Than that's how you torture them. Not what the society thinks is torture.**

  1. Even if this person complained, sane or not. the authorities would not just come in & remove him. (I'll just say "him", it's easier).  There would be an investigation first.  Once it is determined that he has a problem, they may suggest to his family to spend a few days in the psych ward & change his meds.  If he sees his life as being torture, he obviously needs to be seen.  He must have a MD with his condition.  Perhaps he needs his meds changed.  I would not let this go.  He may very well be suicidal if left along.  Good luck.

  2. All that you are, is a result of what you have thought...
