    Foods like Milk, eggs, meat, fish, nuts, soya, pulses, grams, should be included in daily diet. Also, eat fruits and vegetables too. Ignore nothing and eat everything but avoid junk food.

    However all growth stops when you reach adulthood (20-26 years).

    If you are still young you could ensure that your food and excercise is optimal which will allow you to reach your maximum possible height.

    Vegetarian children are slightly shorter than omnivorous children. So eat a balanced diet. Diet should be rich in carbohydrates and low in iron. Junk food also stunts grown, so avoid them. Avoid chicken and beef as they too are injected with hormones. Goat meat is much safer and healthier source of red meat.

    In brief, short of living healthy there's not much you can do.
