Mine is volkswagen passat(2003) GLX. My car audio doesnt take MP3 CD. When I insert it'll eject the Cd out.?

It probably only plays regular CDs if it won't take an MP3 disc.

It will play reguler cds but the unit isnt set up to read mp3 cd's.   You can either reburn your cd's to cd player formate or you can replace your factory unit with an aftermarket unit with mp3 cd capabilities.

A friend of mine has just purchased a Volkswagen  Passat and is having the same trouble as yourself... What they ended up doing was replacing the entire audio system. They purchased one from their local Wal-Mart store. They only got the basic model cause they aren't into sound systems themselves. All they wanted was to be able to play their MP3 compact discs and their other compact discs. as well. So there is one option for you if you would want to consider it. They aren't all that hard to install. You can buy the installation kit at Wal-Mart as well. The installation kit adapts the radio to your car dash without any modifications. So when all is done it looks great. As far as the wiring goes well that as well is marked so you know what wire goes where. This also goes for the radio you install as well. By installing this type of audio system you can listen to any compact discs you have. This was the easiest route for them and I do believe it would be the easiest route for you as well.
