Mini DVD same thing as a small DVD R?

This is probably a dumb question but is a mini DVD the same thing as a mini DVD R? I need a "mini DVD" but my little CD in my video camera is DVD R. Same thing?

Same thing, it will play in your TV's DVD player, once it's finalized, unfortunately you have to convert the files to view them on your PC, with something like handbrake video converter.

Yep, its the same thing..
