Mini USB to Mini USB? (PSP + external harddrive)?

i'd like to find a mini usb to mini usb cable (not mini usb a to mini usb b, because the cable that came with my ti-84+ silver edition doesn't seem to work) so that i can connect my external harddrive to my psp to view movie files off that.

if that isn't realistic, is there another way i could get these 2 mini usb devices to connect with each other? thanks for your input :)
