Mini bike questions?

ok so i just got a job and i want to get a mini bike or a pocket bike. i currently have 200 dollars and i would like to spend that much or less unless you suggest saving a little more. are they gas or electric? if their gas how many miles to the gallon do

they get and how big is the gas tank? if their electric how long does the charge last and how long do you have to charge it for? how fast do they go? i know their not street legal but can you drive them on the sidewalk? can you cross the street with them? what kind of places should i look around? what brand do you suggest getting? oh by the way i live in new york state that will help you answer the street legal question. i want one like this http://www.fiveflagsmotorbikes.com/MiniBikeKit/OutlawChopper.jpg not this

better look for a electric, and save some more money and buy the best....
