Mini cooper?!?

Question

i love mini cooper cars! its like my dream car...they are so cute and tiny! but i was wondering from anyone who owns them..are they good reliable cars that get good gas mileage? and are they worth the price? any help is greatly appreciated!

I don't have one but they are made by BMW so I'm sure they might be good cars. You can always do a search on the internet and find reviews on them.

mini coops are very reliable. they are very well made and are a BMW so they have BMW build quality.  they get good gas mileage. the base mini cooper gets roughly 32/40. while the cooper s gets 26/33.

I drove a 1961 Mini for 8 yrs & it was the greatest handling of them all after I setup the suspension & modified a 1300cc engine, it was the fastest & handle better than a new BMW type. I feel the latter type is a bit overpriced for what they're offering. I'd shop around(the country) online before I'd make any sure decision. Go take a test drive for sure, just show them that you're very interested. Wish you well . . .

Mini Cooper is a BMW remake of a popular British car from back in the day.  The BMW version is costlier than the original, but they probably stopped exporting them to the US because of emission standards, etc. which would make them costlier to build and for the consumer.  When the BMW Cooper first came out I got in one because I had thought about getting one.  It was too cramped for my taste at my age.

they r very good i dont own one but i no someone that had one and she loooved it and also its good cuz bmw makes so im sure that its a perfect car to drive around

I have an '07 Cooper S.  Very quick and sharp handling.  Unlike other car I've driven, this car is pretty much complete out of the box and need no upgrade. In fact, I think the ride might be too harsh for most ppl who do daily commute.  I avg out 30mpg driving in LA traffic.  So far (@15k mi) I got no complain other than $300/each run flat tire (can be replace with regular tire) and warning lights that cause by low brake fluid from factory.
