Mini shnouzer is agressive towards other dogs because she hasnt been around other dogs enough?

my mini shnouzer has never been around a lot of other dogs and is agressive towards other dogs now. what is the best way to make her understand other dogs arent bad? and when other dogs try to play with her, she takes it the wrong way and thinks there attacking her so she either barks at the other dog or tries to bite the other dog, what do i do in this siduation?

Schnauzer's are naturally spunky and tend to get in trouble with other dogs - especially if they weren't introduced to other dogs as a puppy. This sort of behavior could have been prevented by simply socializing the dog and training it properly from the beginning and keeping with that training through life.

I would hire a trainer for this. There are different tips and techniques they could show you to make the whole ordeal... less of one.

My dog (part schnauzer) is the total opposite. She has to say hello to every dog, and she thinks every dog wants to play. She's been growled at a few times because of her.... enthusiasm, and we're starting a new training regime set up by our trainer.

she is obviously scared to just let the other dogs sniff her she shouldn't take that offensively and slowly she will be able to act normal around other dogs.

She's being a Schnauzer.  They're like that.
