Mini trailer laws?? 10 points?

so my dad bought a little RV i think thats what they call it. you hook it up to the truck and so on nd so forth....(ect...)

so we are planning a trip to mexico. and we were wondering, is it legal in the states of Arizona, New Mexico, and texas, to be inside the trailer, while the truck is moving.

legel or not it is really unsafe it wouldnt take much for that tr to come loose and go flying and the thing aint ment to survive a rollever

it is illegal by the way see if renting a cargo/coach van or something is a option
