Mini-vacation ideas?

My friends and I were thinking about planning a small (maybe 3-5 days) "vacation" during the summer. I live in Vancouver. Any ideas of places near by that would be fun for youth ~18-19y.o.?

We don't wanna go anywhere that's too expensive for a such a short amount of time. (Preferably somewhere with beaches/nature)
