is there such a thing that acts like a vhs template for a mini dv h-10 cassette?

I don't understand the question, but if you're looking for a way to play a MiniDV cassette in a VCR you can't do it.

If that's not it, please explain what you mean by a "vhs template" and what an "h-10 cassette" is.
