MiniSD not recognised?

Hi everyone :)

I just bought I 2gb MiniSD.

But the problem is-when I put it in my PDA (qtek 9100) the card is not recognised at all.Like it`s not there!

Then I treid to put it in my digital camera-it says,that it needs to be formated(but it recognises it!),but when i format it-it says `error`.

So is the only way to return it or is there way to format it some other way?

I would suspect it is locked. With the contacts on the rear and pointing up, look at the left edge of the front side.
