Minimum Wage For A 16 Year Old

I only get 3.80 an hour which to be honest is sh*t

Am i being payed less than minimum wage

and what can i do about it

Get another job and really you can get red cross certification for babysitting and command 5 bucks an hour.

I don't know the laws in the US, but in Canada it doesn't matter how old you are, they cannot pay you less than the minimum.  Unless, you're in a field that gets tips (food service).
