Question:

Minimum annual wage question...

At the moment I currently have 2 jobs, both wages together add up to around £4000 pa.

I was wondering if I was below the minimum wage that is needed to tax, and if due to the fact I have 2 part time jobs will I get a bigger tax anyway?

(UK answers only please)

Thanks

  1. You should have your own personal tax code.  One job or two the personal allowance remains the same.

    Personal Income tax allowances

    2007-08 (£)  5,225

    2008-09 (£)  6,035
