What's the minimum hourly pay rate for 17's or 18's in Australia? (part-time, usual fast-food/restaurant/cafe type of jobs)

  1. My 17 yr old son was on $10 at Coles, but he was classed as 'casual' worker, and they pay a bit more than 'part time'.

  2. I used to get around $8.50- $9.00 was a couple of years ago... (just a couple) but with howard stuffing everything up I dont imagine it would have changed much
