Yes, check out the site below.  This is Ironwood Pig Sanctuary, located in AZ.  They rescue miniature pigs and will likely have piggies of all ages that are up for adoption.

I would also suggest that you join one of the many yahoo chat groups that deal with potbellied pigs to get yourself educated if you're not familiar with them.
