Minn Kota 80lb 24V Trolling Motor

Question

I was using the motor yesterday and I hit the foot switch and it went on and then just 'quit'. I tried the Constant Switch..nothing....kept trying the foot switch..nothing. I pulled the motor up and motored back to the dock.

I hit the switch with the motor locked in mount..and it was working...I went back into lake and let the trolling motor down....it started working fine...then all the sudden it was like it went to 12v instead of 24v......then it quit all together.......raised it back up into mount...lowered it back down and it was working again..same scenario........
