Yes!  There are some bus routes, i don't know the #s though, check metrotransit.org.   What's better is the lightrail, it goes from the downtown straight to the airport!  It's also cleaner and faster than the busses.

I'd definitely suggest the lightrrail, it would be way easier than the bus.  It  has a few stops downtown to get on at and it stops at both airports.  The site below is a map showing the different stops.  From downtown I beleive it is about 20-25 minutes to the airport taking the lightrail.  Hope that helps.
