it stands for "cuties"...i dated some minnesota twins once and they were both cuties--tall blondes that looked exactly alike....one moved to minneapolis and one moved to st paul and they became famous as the minnestota "cuties", or simply the "twin cuties". And thats what the interlocking "TC" on the cap stands for....
