Minolta 404si Dynax camera problem?

I have recently purchased a Minolta 404si Dynax camera and managed to take 3 pictures before it would not take any more and a series of numbers comes up on the screen whenever I press the button.

Please can anyone help.

Format the memory card and try it again or use a new memory and see if the problem remains.

I guess you bought this camera used.  Did you check it out before you handed over you money to the seller?

It may be that it needs to be repaired ... the numbers that show up are telling you something, so you should be able to correlate them with the troubleshooting guide on your cameras owners manual

If all else fails, call Sony's help line and ask them what they suggest you do.
