Question:

Minolta CF900 error C0660 / scanner motor

I was told by a tech to reset the copier by turning on and off. That did not work. there is no power going to the scnner section at all. Matter of fact it copier turns on but nothing I mean nothing is working other than the LCD screen. None of the fans are running at all. Is this a bad motor or a bad power supply?
