Minor Clear Fluid leaking out of my Daughters Nose/Eye after a Fall off of the Bed?

My Daughter is 9 months old and 2 Days ago sh fell off of our bed (2.5 ft high) and I took her to the ER where she was examined and sent home as Ok- Now, I noticed tonight that she had some minor fluid, not much at all, but still some. She has a 9 month drs appt tomorrow but I was just wondering what this could be?

Suffice to say, she needs to be brought to a pediatrician and properly examined. If there's still clear fluid coming out, she may need to have advanced imaging done to locate a possible fracture in her skull.
